The first payment for the Personal Agent subscription is made at the end of the 3-day trial period, during which customers can try out the Personal Agent service free of charge. Subsequent payments are made each month on the same date as the first payment.
(example: if a customer subscribes on 10 March, the first direct debit will take place on 13 March, the second on 13 April and all subsequent direct debits on the 13th of each month).
